Overview

A Delivery Note (DN) records the shipment of goods to a customer. Posting a DN automatically deducts quantities from warehouse stock.

Creating a Delivery Note

  1. Go to Delivery Notes → New DN
  2. Select the customer and delivery warehouse
  3. Add line items with product and quantity
  4. For serial-tracked products, select specific serial numbers
  5. Click Post
ไปที่ Delivery Notes → New DN เลือกลูกค้าและคลัง เพิ่มรายการสินค้า สำหรับสินค้าที่ติดตาม Serial ให้เลือก Serial Number แล้วกด Post
Once Posted, stock is deducted and the document cannot be edited.เมื่อ Post แล้ว สต็อกจะถูกหักและไม่สามารถแก้ไขเอกสารได้
