Overview

Job Controls act as project or job identifiers. Linking a Purchase Request to a Job Control allows you to track all procurement costs for a specific project.
Job Controls ใช้เป็นรหัสโครงการหรืองาน การเชื่อมใบขอซื้อกับ Job Control ช่วยให้ติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดซื้อสำหรับโครงการนั้นได้

Creating a Job Control

  1. Go to Job Controls → New Job Control
  2. Enter a job name, code, and optional description
  3. Click Save
ไปที่ Job Controls → New Job Control กรอกชื่อ รหัส และคำอธิบาย แล้วกด Save

Linking to Purchase Requests

When creating a Purchase Request, select a Job Control in the Job field to associate all costs with that project. เมื่อสร้างใบขอซื้อ ให้เลือก Job Control ในช่อง Job เพื่อเชื่อมค่าใช้จ่ายกับโครงการนั้น
