Work Orders (WO)

Overview

A Work Order (WO) represents a production run. It issues raw materials from stock and records finished goods received into inventory.

Creating a Work Order

Go to Work Orders → New Work Order

Select the finished product and BOM

Enter the planned quantity

Select source warehouse for materials

Review auto-populated material lines from BOM

Click Start to begin production

ไปที่ Work Orders → New Work Order เลือกสินค้าสำเร็จรูปและ BOM กรอกจำนวน เลือกคลังวัตถุดิบ ตรวจสอบรายการวัตถุดิบ แล้วกด Start

Issuing Materials

When you start a Work Order, the system checks stock availability. For serial-tracked materials, you must select specific serial numbers to issue.

เมื่อเริ่ม WO ระบบจะตรวจสอบความพร้อมของสต็อก สำหรับวัตถุดิบที่ติดตาม Serial จะต้องเลือก Serial Number ที่จะเบิก

Receiving Output

After production, record the actual output quantity. The system will add finished goods to inventory.

หลังการผลิต บันทึกจำนวนสินค้าสำเร็จรูปจริง ระบบจะเพิ่มเข้าสู่คลังสินค้า
