For products with Serial Number tracking enabled, Workflow tracks each unit individually through the entire lifecycle.

Serial Lifecycle

GR Receipt ─> In Stock ─> WO Issue ─> In Production ─> WO Receipt ─> Finished ─> DN Shipment ─> Delivered

Capturing Serials

  • Goods Receipt — Enter serial numbers after posting the GR
  • Work Order — Select specific serials when issuing materials
  • Delivery Note — Select specific serials when shipping to customers
Serial Number จะถูกกรอกหลัง Post GR เลือกเมื่อเบิกวัตถุดิบในใบสั่งผลิต และเลือกเมื่อสร้างใบส่งสินค้า
