Step 1: Create Your Account

Step 2: Set Up Your Organization
After logging in for the first time:- Go to Settings → Organization
- Fill in your company name and number sequences (e.g., PR-001, PO-001)
- Add your first warehouse

Step 3: Add Master Data
Before creating transactions, set up your master data:Products

Vendors

Step 4: Invite Your Team
Go to Settings → Users → Invite User and assign the appropriate role. ไปที่ Settings → Users → Invite User แล้วกำหนดสิทธิ์ที่เหมาะสม| Role | Access |

| Admin | Full access to all modules and settings |
| Manager | Approvals, reporting, all operational modules |
| Procurement | PRs, POs, Vendors, GRs |

| Production | Work Orders, BOMs, Inventory |
| Engineer | BOMs, Products, Job Controls |
| Viewer | Read-only access |
